Stress x 100 = AAAGGGGHHHH!!!

So many questions and so little time. Who has the right answers? Of the business, taxes, and life stress I can handle the life stress. I am good at that. The others... I don't know. So many things are pointing to a different way of looking at the world. Ready to close the book on the past and start a new chapter. hopefully a better one. Things should become clear soon... Had some ice cream last night, oh and a few tortilla chips. Diet has been good. Did have a piece of bread this past week, and the cheats lastnight. Other than the occasional sweet tooth there isn't anything I am having a problem with anymore (paleo related). Missed the firefighter sprint tri this morning. I could not find anybody to work for me for a few hours. Jenn did it solo... yea Jenn! Glad I got to work out all week it really helps with the stress levels. I did get to do the 5k row...yuk my goal was under 20 and I think i did 1929 so that made me happy. Not feel too good , but happy. See all soon.

What is going on???

I can say that paleo is the only thing going right in my life right now. Been eating strict just not enough, i don't think. I have one more class this week and that will be out of the way. Then a state test. no biggie. The rest of the problems involve business, money, and taxes!!! Not in any particular order. I dont know if the no sleep, or the constant pit in my stomach is better? At least I have not used junk food as a crutch. I did use patron though!!!!! If you see me wandering around town drunk with a shopping cart, just don't let me wander into traffic (i might be tempted)... Need a couple good CF wods to work the stress right out! see ya

Week From HELL

Hey all, finally got to work out today did my front squats, new pr of 225. I will also post Patty's new pr of 118. She is girl scout camping all weekend. So I finished my class and took half the day off today to get some shit done. Will be at the Komen when I get off work. I had an ok week for food. Not enough that is for sure. I had a couple paleo margaritas, and I did have a couple stress induced brownies. Thought I was cured of the grabbing for the junk food for comfort. Well it is 98% better than it used to be. Well gotta go see all in the morning.

Wednesday

here it is in a nutshell

Work, 40hr class in 4 days, 2 presentations in 2 days, and I think my wife and kids are still around. Oh yea, I am supposed to be training for a tri. WTF!!! had a cheat meal last weekend (mexican) yum felt shitty all in one... haha Dont think I have trained, or eaten enough so far this week. Anyway look at the time just finished preparing 1 of my presentations, need sleep. I really will catch up soon. Miss all of ya. bye

Cheats

The first real cheats of the challenge. Fri night I had Mr. Mee's I ate so much sushi I thought I was gonna puke. Wow it was good though. Felt ok after that and thought we need sweets, good thing DQ sells mini blizzards... mint oreo yummmm! Well after the guilt set in, the stomach ache started. It was enough to make me go to bed...blah! Oh yea, had some wine too. Then Sat. night I had some wine and maybe some partial cheat food I dont remember. That was my cheat for the challenge. Now i will be on track until Nautica... None of the food I ate was really worth it except for the sushi. See all this week. Later
