Finally on blogspot

Finally on! Finished today's wod, as rx'd, wow that sucked. Will post my daily menu later. Anyone else having a hard time with eating enough "good carbs"? I had to have 2 bites of pasta lastnight because I couldn't eat another bite of cabbage, or broccoli. Anyone have good 4block carb ideas?

I am working on my 4 block meals, too...but I will tell you that there are some great 4b recipies- I've made the chili and chicken diablo....very good....nice work on the blog- keep it up Mafia!

eat fruit! that will do ya rite. i also enjoy cauliflower and brussel sprouts. am easing my way into the zone. first i eat the good foods--that's this week--then i shall weigh them 2 determine how much i should eat. rite now i focus on filling my plate with the correct ratio of good carbs, fats, and protein...ms. mafia...scary! :0
