I had the largest salad in the world for lunch; 4oz chic,1cup romaine, 1cup spinach, 1/4c mush,1/4c peppers, 1/2c cucumbers, 1/4 tomato, 2tbl bv&o, and 6 cashew. Damn I was full! zone bar this afternoon. Baked fish,stirfry veggies, and pineapple for dinner.

Dude, we can start to manipulate your individual zone prescription ... maybe we should keep your protein & fat @ 5 blocks, and drop the carbs to 4? If we start losing energy, we'll look at boosting fat rather than carbs. ~ J
