Yesterday I went to the gym with Patty to watch the 8am crew do the wod. I realized how much I miss it. I also realized how limited I am still. I think a few air squats is all I am capable of. I can't even get both hands over my head to grab the pull up bar! I am using this week to get back into the zone. Now that I have stopped taking pain meds and my insides are trying to get back to normal. Hopefully the Dr will tell me something good tomorrow, and I can soon get back to something. Talk to all of you later, miss you. JB

Hey my Brod is back, yeah! Good to hear from you brother. I am just trying to kill myself everyday in preparation of your return. I know when you come back you are going to be a force and I'm not about to let a newbie kick my ass anymore:)
So I finally decided to stop getting so frustrated and make a plan of attack on my weaknesses. It's keepin my mind right knowning I have a bunch of mini goals to obtain. Can't wait for you to come back one step at a time. You are so strong you'll will get right back in it, no worries.
Hey buddy- good news on you getting out and about- I did not know! How in the heck are you doing air squats with that heyyyuuuge place on your leg, bro? This baffles me. Anyhow- you know your ass better be behaving, (easy for me to say) and not pushing it, but I know that if it were me, I'd be the same. I am sourcing some positive news from the doc manana, no worries there. You'll be doing kips in no time- and I agree with the girl, here- you're going to bounce right back!
Get your ass back on-site as soon as you feel comfortable moving around and kick your drug habit! Let's definitely get together for some beers/football this weekend unless you have plans ... call me! ~ J
