OK, so I lied. I needed to rest, but ended up doing a wod today. I guess all the food in the past days made me guilty. I ran the training tower 10 times and did push ups at the top and dumbbell swings at the bottom. Nice for a Sun. wod About 19 minutes.

Nice work out J! I was wondering if you were going to be around this weekend at the gym, or maybe tuesday or wed morning. I'd like to pick your brain on my row and have you help me understand how to fix my cleans! Imagine how much weight I could do if I can get my form down. I have so much wasted energy in all of the wrong places.
