At work on a beautiful Sat. Sucks I miss halloween with the kids, but i am sure they will have candy as a surrogate father until tomorrow. This week kicked my ass. I have been sore all week. A couple little slips on the food, but otherwise all is good. Have not heard from the CFE "ers" about Sunday morning run. I did hear that there might be some people running at Lakes Park. Can anyone confirm? I promise I won't run naked! Let me know. see ya soon.

I totally forgot about the run. You can join Melissa and I tomorrow morning about 8 am if you are game for either long intervals or a tempo run.
