Nice monday wod, really had to dig deep for some of the reps. busy week ahead. I am taking a rapid intervention/survival class (all hands on stuff very physical). So my wod's will be either early, or late all week. I will be packing a cooler for snacks and lunch. Hope to stay in the zone. Will post when I can. See ya.

JB- good luck in your class this week- I would love to get updates as to what it's all about. You will do great with the physical part for sure. You have got to be seeing some changes in your bod by now....I'd like to hear about it! btw, nice work on the back squats, both in weight and listening to your knee (i know it sucks)- hope to see you soon...hb eggs are great for packing!
sup, crackerjack? when are you and the wife crothfitting (i like to say crossfit with a lisp) this week? if i'm not too off schedule, i'd like to do wod at 8am with u peeps, esp. since the twins are leaving dodge to get schooled. :) lemme know...and you rock, jb! you are a lean, mean crothfit machine!

Class sounds pretty bad ass- not to make light of what you do on a daily basis, but sometimes I feel like my body is placed in dire stressful survival mode in the wods! I bet you will excel in this one, bro.....keep me posted. I dig it. WOD was brutal for me- you'll dig it, too.
