Monday
Nice mon. morning wod. Did 10 rds, started with 270# and at 5 rds had to shed 25# so finished at 245#. A little disappointed, but still got a good workout. Diet has been a little shaky since that damn piece of pizza!!!!! Not too bad today. Back to work tomorrow, so nice and strict. Am ready for bed so will post ya in the morning.
