Back to reality

OK, i had 5 days in Siesta Key, that was awesome. Much needed due to the stress before we left. So we get back from an incredible and relaxing weekend, and the drama starts right up to wipe the weekend away. Does anybody want to buy a hair salon? Too much junk food and beer during the relaxing weekend. I have gottne to the point that I am over the bad eating, because it really does make me feel bad when I do it. So I thought why even do it??!! Feel good this week as far as wods go. The FB wods are tough this week. I did pr my front squat today at 235 for 3 reps. Makes me happy. Hope all is as well as can be- we're sending you guys some positive energy for whatever you're going through!
It has taken me a looooong time to get that my weekend eating (usually overeating for me)totally fs up my week and I am over it, too. When I think about the Monday am WOD, it usually helps with that spur of the moment reach for the bag of nuts! Sometimes it doesn't seem possible that I am 12B! And, I feel for you with the funeral duties, I am just back from one today....peace, bro. You guys are in our thoughts.

I'm glad you had fun in Siesta Key, I was just there on Saturday with my parents. I know about the junk believe me I've been strugglin' big time with feeling good and keeping on track. Life always seems to get in the way. But now it's time to put all of the shit behind us and move forward. I'm over stressin' about life. Things will turn out, that's what I keep telling myself. But we both know how good we feel when our diets and fitness are on track. Let's get back there k??
