Monday
Monday!!!!!! Did not post all weekend, let's see.... Wod on sat. morning, fantasy football draft on sat. night (beers, burgers, and captain). Sun. no wod, and homemade pizzas with the girls. Yes I know!!! So anyway today is a new day and I am ready for a strict week and some great wod's. Am at work today so I will do the wod later, along with some treadmill, or stairs. Wish the rain wouldn't have drove everyone off on sat. but it was great to see everyone. Am already stressin' about the filthy 50. see ya soon. JB

Are you ready for some football? I wish too the rain would have stayed away- but to visualize jane coming back to an empty beach is just....well.....priceless! Sorry janey joo!! Paul and I got offered tix to the Gator game last minute, so I am working with j to figure out when I can do the filthy..yeah, me too on the fretting....you are smokin' the wods, bro....how many lbs have youy dropped?

you suck. I mean that in the most loving way possible. We're going up to the game Saturday so I be doin the filthy Friday am.....mmm-hmm. I just hope to finish in under an hour- that's all I'm looking for...
