Today's wod was good, I did rx'd in 16:40 last time I did 65# in 15:59 That is a 30# increase since May 13. My hands are still wrecked from Sat. It hurt to do the burpees yesterday, even grabbing the bar today for OHS hurt. Food has been good considering this weekend. Really this weekend was bad. Saturday I knew and planned on being bad. Sunday on the other hand I was an uncontrolable eating machine. It was like I could not stop. I finally told myself enough. I wonder what goes off in our heads that makes us do that? Oh well, back on track now. I know the slips will happen and sometimes they are needed.

I hear you on the slips...my issue is quantity...I can keep it pretty clean, but I want a lot of it! I think it's that we work so hard during the weeks and most weekends to be zone clean, plus training so fn hard, that we feel entitled, maybe? I still want non zone foods often, I just know what's on the other side....Don't dwell on it, it is plain to see how you have gotten LEANER and STRONGER- today was another testament to that. Good job! I know the 95 was a killer, like with Badger. Would you try gloves for lifting? They help(ed) me with OHS, cleans, etc.
Having said that, we will be at The Edison Saturday for the Gator game...Brent's getting there noonish, I'll be there 2-230, J's comes around 4...can your group come?
one more thing....I think it's uber cool that you can now go back and track your progress on a wod like Nancy and see how much stronger you're getting...can't wait until I repeat a wod with j....
OMG I totally have the same head thoughts! Knowing it is key and realizing/stopping it while it's happening is huge. The mind can for sure play games with you. I am 100% with you on this one. Nice job on the OHS today you are doing sooooo awesome with CF. You should be so proud of yourself.
