"QUAD DAMNIT"

That is what I named that shit ass wod. Holy cow! I was all ready to do a CFE and the 8am girls shamed me into quad damnit. So then I stretched and rested for about 30 min and decided I better do my CFE, cuz later I know I would not be felling it. (or I would be feeling it if you know what I mean). So yea, 5x800 with 90sec. rest. Double ouch. My range was 3:15-3:21. Not the best, but I have a legit excuse. I am really sore from the pushups, and the pullups yesterday. I did them both rx'd for the first time since the blowout. All were tough. Had to break them up into 5's then 3's. That hurt my time, but I was just trying to push the new tissue. Diet is much better now after the T day/B day weekend. Hope I can walk for lumberjack tomorrow.
