Who's sore this week?

Happy thurs. Nice wod today, 17 flat. My hams are sore and tight from this week. Been good with food so far this week. Did have a diet dew today (wow thats good). Cant wait for the running cert this weekend. Will blog ya later. JB

Hey you too, good job this morning! I was 16:32 I think. It sucked! My fore arms were killing me on the run you were so right. I did the women's weight on the Push presses 55 and 24K on the swings. I remembered what you said and didn't break on the swings although I wanted to. Have fun this weekend I can't wait to hear all about it! And yes I am sore all over...gotta love crossfit:)

Nice work today, T Rex. You were right, upper bod was screaming for the run. This one kicked my ass.
