Push in Practice

I read a great post from Adrian Bozman. It deals with gaming your wod. I will put the link in and hope you read it. It has a good point that I think some of us do. Holding back in our weak areas to save energy for the stronger areas. This is ok in a competition to beat someone, but it does not make you stronger at your weakness, when you should be getting stronger (practice).http://sanfranciscocrossfit.blogspot.com/2009/05/quality.html Finding your weakness and working on it is how you get results. Mine is blogging on a regular basis. Will work on it.
